We can cover your printer on annual or 3 year fixed price contract which covers all callouts, parts & labour for all your line matrix printer repairs. A contract repair also guarantees you get an engineers visit within 8 (or 4) hours and a repair or a loan machine within a further 8 (or 4) hours.

We can also carry out workshop repairs if you send your IBM printer to us we will repair for a fixed labour charge + parts and return to you within 72 hours (subject to availability of spares).
