Micro-Serv Printer Repair - Plotter Repairs

All field engineers carry a special plotter repair kit which contains the most commonly replaced items enabling us to achieve excellent first visit fix rates.

We can cover your printer on annual or 3 year fixed price contract which covers all callouts, parts & labour for all your plotter repairs. A contract repair also guarantees you get an engineers visit within 8 (or 4) hours and a repair or a loan machine within a further 8 (or 4) hours.

Alternatively, we can provide your plotter repair on a time & materials basis. Our callout rates are generous and include the first hours labour on site, but you will pay separately for any extra labour and parts used. Usual response times are within 24-72 hours.

We can also carry out workshop repairs if you send your plotter to us we will repair for a fixed labour charge + parts and return to you within 72 hours (subject to availability of spares).
